What is the status of my request

Once you enter your request, we reach out to our network of providers near your area. We will continue reaching out to the network until 30 minutes prior to you latest requested start time.  If a provider is available, your session will be booked and you will receive a confirmation text entailing the appointment details.  If you haven't received a text confirming your appointment, we're still working to confirm a therapist for your appointment.  

If we're unable to locate a provider, you'll be notified by text 30 minutes prior to your latest start time.  At that point, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be charged.  

If you have a preferred cut-off time, please let our support team know through the chat function and they can make an adjustment to that 30 minute timeframe.
