I've just been informed my therapist canceled! What do I do now?

Occasionally a provider will no longer be able to make a confirmed appointment for a variety of reasons (medical emergencies, transportation issues, etc.).

If your massage therapist has canceled your appointment, rest assured we are actively reaching out to our network for a replacement.

If you have asked to be booked with a specific therapist and they can no longer make your appointment, we will offer you the option of reconfirming with a different therapist, or rescheduling with your desired therapist for an alternative date and/or time.
