How can I make a change to a pending or existing appointment?

If you need to change a detail of your appointment (start time, duration, address, etc) - please reach out to our customer service team via live chat in the Zeel app and we can update your request or appointment for you.

If you are already confirmed for an appointment, we'll reach out to your provider to see if they are able to accommodate. If you need to let your provider know about something, you can send them a message in the Zeel app.
