Why can't I text in anymore?

We understand how frustrating it is when things change.  In order to facilitate better service to more people, we've made the move to a chat based system.  We're constantly working on ways to provide better service faster and more accurately.  

This change gives us more control over the delivery and receipt of messages without relying on cell providers and it also gives us the ability to provide you with potential answers while you wait for help from a member of our support team.
