When am I billed for my massage?

For pay as you go members, you are not charged for the appointment until the completion of the session. 

For members who have credit in their accounts, their credit is not redeemed for the appointment until the completion of the massage. As a member you will have your monthly subscription charges that are immediately converted into credit, but the credit is not used until the completion of your massage.
