What should I do if I would like to report an experience with a specific therapist?

We encourage our clients to make us aware of any issues or concerns.

You may do so by contacting Customer Service either by emailing help@zeel.com or by using live chat in the Zeel app. They will escalate your issue to our Trust & Safety team, who will contact you, thoroughly review any matter you raise, and take all appropriate action. Your name and the content of your concern will not be shared with your provider.
