How do I cancel or pause my membership?

You can now manage your membership on the iOS mobile app and on the web.  Just go to the Settings (the gear icon in the mobile app, or click on your name in the upper right-hand corner on the web portal).  Select Account (on mobile) or Manage Your Account (web portal).  Next select Manage Membership.  Once you're there, just follow the prompts to submit your update. 

A reminder; If you joined the Member level, you can cancel at any time after your second successful monthly charge. If you joined the Member Plus level, twelve successful monthly charges are required before you can cancel (otherwise a $200 early termination fee will apply).  You can also manage your membership by completing the form here and our team will process the changes for you.
